oil lines
I was thinking about buying 2 oil line that go from my oil pan to the 2 front (bolts for valve cover).....to increase oil pressure....im not sure if this really works ?...but does anyone have any clue or experience with this?

A picture or diagram of what you're talking about would be better. It almost sounds like you're talking about a catch can breather setup, but without the catch can. I can't see what good that would do at all.
yeah you get what im saying.....I wasnt planning on adding a catch can in there...just wanted to know if it makes any difference with only the 2 lines coming from the pan derectly to the valve cover.....
but with a catch can what would it do?

disclaimer: im no expert, but...
from what i learned, venting 2 lines from the valvetrain back down to the oil pan won't INCREASE oil pressure, (and ideally, wouldn't the object be to have as little oil pressure as possible? correct me if i'm wrong.) if anything it will DECREASE it. yeah, sounds like a catch can system but with out the catch. but i'm not too sure if that will do anything but add weight to the car. what's the reason for the set up?

the oil catch can system is usually installed to alleaviate blow-by gases (oil vapor and sludge) caused from the build up of pressure in the crankcase. we put one in one of our race cars at school and we went up 15.4whp on the dyno (V8 engine from pontiac lol... same concept tho). it also replaces your positive crankshaft ventilation system which is made to vacuum up the blow-by via the intake manifold which makes the whole assembly sludged up after a while (TB, IM, combustion chamber). SO, it was only right to make a resevior-type deal to fix all this. there is a sweet thread on this already:

since you're in the forced induction thread, i gave you my best answer accordingly. this system is usually installed when you are running high compression or boost with a lot of blow-by.
but you mentioned you have a stock h22a... stock internals with boost? or bone stock? lol. either way, there you go; i hope this helps.

That won't accomplish anything...the oil pan is not pressurized and the valve cover already has a PCV valve which is enough for a stock engine.
If you did need some VC vents why would you want to put air (crankcase pressure) into the oil pan?

I think he wants to run pressurized oil up to the valve cover for some extra oil to the valvetrain components, Ive thought of a similar setup, but with a bar with pinholes running inside of the V/C to distribute the oil.

Then he would need to have the feed for the extra oil lines come from the oil pump and that would just cause a loss of pressure in all the other oil passages...
