hey ive been searching for stuff on this for a while and i cant find anything... sorry Im a newb. ... anyways, i was just wondering what the difference between an 03 and 06 accord COUPE was? I read somewhere that it had interior and exterior changes but i cant tell the difference. also i was wondering if the 06 hfp body kit/wheels would fit on an 04? the reason i ask is because i found a great deal on an 04 accord coupe and want to drop it and put the hfp kit on it. Thanks a lot for any help.

 

the main difference between the two is the rear bumper, trunk, taillights, and grille. the hfp kit will work on your car.. as well as the rims.

The 2006 Facelift HFP Coupe's body kit will <u><FONT COLOR="red">not</FONT></u> work on your 2003 Coupe. The Facelift G7 cars (2006-2007) have changes to the side panel that prevent the use of (and even need for) the HFP kit's side panels.

The front bumpers are significantly different, and the front lips are not interchangeable.

The 2003 wheels will work. However, considering the price, you might want to shop for Acura TL wheels. They are 17x8 +45 and will take 235-45-17 high performance tyres very well. They'll fit in your wheel wells with or without the HFP suspension kit.

 

This is my personal daily driver with the 17x8 wheels. You can tell from looking at the front lip that it's different from the G7 2003-2005 lip.

The last picture is just to show the carbon fibre trim in the 6-6 Coupe.

Yes. There is a full HFP body kit for the 2003-2005 cars, and the parts are available for both Coupe and Sedan.

For the Facelift G7 2006 - 2007, there are just a couple of parts available, and only for the Coupe.
