Engine dies on startup when cold...
When i start my car and the engine is cold, it sometimes fails to start. The engine fires, but won't idle. If i crack the gas open, then it will rev to life and run rough for a few seconds. after that it evens out and I can drive it as normal. The car runs beautifully at all other times, screams up to redline, etc.
this happens without regard to outside temperature, it only has to do with my engine temp.
It can happen any time I start the car and the motor is cold.
It happens a little more often after times when I drive the car hard (autox etc)
It happens a little more often when I'm low on gas.
I have a fuel pressure gauge, and from what I can see, my fuel pressure is fine.
I have replaced
plugs (a couple times)
cap
rotor
wires
fuel filter
air filter
valve adjust
fuel system cleaner at the oil change place
the things that seemed to make a diff were the new plugs and the fuel system cleaner, but the only made a minor difference, and it started happening again shortly after.
Any ideas? Only thing I haven't checked is ignition timing, but I don't have a timing light. It's computer controlled anyways, right? What else could it be? I've been fighting this **** since april.

sorry,, forgot to add it was replaced with a new one. cleaning it did nothing.
i am throwing a cat efficiency code and a emissions leak (i think) code
also some random misfire codes for all 4 cylinders, this happens after i get the startup hiccup.

I have seen older accords with bad ect sensors, the guage still worked. Could be a bad sensor. Pretty sure its the sensor to the left of the exhaust manifold looking under the hood.
