where to find t04e compressors
Well Im trying to make a hybrid turbocharger, I have a t3 48/42 45 trim turbo converted to a t3/t04b 63/60 54 trim (t5/6) I really want to convert this turbo to a t3/t04e but the shop that build this turbo dont have t04e parts avialable. Well I tried to find some compressor wheels and housings but I dont know the trucks that have this turbos stock. I heard scania and volvo trucks but the turbos are huge. by the way here there are no junkyards there are like little shops who piece all turbos an sell them by parts. so when I go to there there are a lot of compressor flying around.
can anyone give me some indications like sizes of a t04e 50, 54, 57 trim, number of fins pics etc...so I can go to the shops and buy the compressor wheel

Since thats a stage1 exhaust, I'm only assuming you won't be trying for 450whp anyways, but more than the 250 the stock wheel can barely handle.
You may try calling some turbo places, especially any that deal with upgrading factory turbo cars. One thing they do, and do well, are remachine the stock housings for bigger wheels. I actually have two T3 .42 comp housings & base plates that are machined for the t04e 57trim wheel they came with. Just bolt on, rebalance, and you're good! I recall seeing someone claim a 57trim wheel (bare) at $72 retail, but I don't know. I did get my 'kits' for not much more than that though
Also don't discount the t04b's. They are fairly abundant, and range from 350whp to 500whp. I have one of these 'real' hybrids, stg1 exhaust, h2o cooled chra, s-trim t04b cover/wheel.

He's right. Don't discount the T04b's. PM me for pricing on a T04b housing and backplate. But that stage 1 exhaust wheel is about 250whp max.
thanks my exhaust wheel is stage II the compressor housing is t04b 60ar it is machined to fit a t5/6 trim , Do yo thinks this is ok for a stock or mild built b16, sooner or later I will built my engine but my limit would be a relaible 320-350whp dialy driven car.

I'll be testing you on that one soon, count on it
I want to see how far I can take it, although I'm guessing by 'max' you mean the most easy power you can make from it.
