GSR head torque values (ARP)
Just trying to get an idea of what torque values, procedures for the head bolts on a GSR (ARP) thats going to see a fair amount of boost. Curious to see what has worked for others. Thanks.
unless you brought them used
they come with torque values in the box. if not call ARP they can help you with good customer service
but anyways i believe withthe moly lube the torque setting is 75 ft-lbs.

I have arp's torque values but was wondering what others might have done differently and worked for them. I think I remember some going up to 85 and doing wierd stuff like leaving it sit overnight and then loosing a certain amount and then doing a final torque. Thanks for the replys.
you're supposed to go by the valuses ARP provides.......i never did this on mine, butttttttt you are SUPPOSED to torque them, run the engine allow it to heat up and then pull the cams and stuff and re torque them..........too much hassle for my lazy *** and i never had any problems
