okay so this morning on the way to work i hopped up in my 96 hatchy. it was pretty cold outside so it took a while to warm up my car. I kept an eye on the temp gauge to make sure my car was operating temp but for some odd reason it just felt like open loop. Idling at like 2100 rpm... after being warmed up. A buddy of mine told me it could be the TPS, but my throttle would flutter and not just sit really high. OH and once i cycle the car again after being warmed up it goes into CLOSED loop.. kinda funny huh? not really sure what it is.. do you guys have any ideas &/or has anybody experienced this?
