just a quick bushing ?
it can be taken out with a hammer, just support the bottom so you're not hitting it against the ground, a 4x4 on each side and someone supporting it should work, it only goes out one way, you can get stock bushings to replace it, or you can get poly urethane bushings or you can get spherical bearings, depending on what you're using it for, just be aware that the poly bushings don't allow movement on the axis, only up and down movement, and doesn't allow the rotation like the oem bushing
oem bushings will be just fine. I had Energy suspension trailing arm bushings, hated them. I don't have a problem with any other energy suspension bushings though. mugen makes bushings also, it's a lot harder material then the oem bushings, although I am not sure if they are made for the trailing arm. This is what I use. http://www.jhpusa.com/catalog/...=1279

does energy make insert bushings, not replacements? i heard the energy makes a replacement bushing but it binds, and you have to use the stock hardware from your old mount.
I have replaced these on about four or five cars and have never needed a machine shop's service. I used after market poly ones that come with the shaft as pivot arm as well. I have a new set here somewhere if anybody cares for pix. I might have a spare set for sale, but pm me as I dont want to stir up the Mods. All yyou need is a good old hammer, and some grease, I have maneged to do them without even taking the trailing arm off. Let me know if you need any more help.
i looked on honda parts websites for oem ones but i couldnt find the bushings on any of the sites i looked at the website i posted a link to has like oe poly replacements
