Default P28 vs P08

what advantages/disadvantages are there to either if any. Is one better than the other? Is there really any difference? discuss.

P28 is large case US, P08 is JDM small case with surface mount components. The P08 also uses a single wire O2..

P28 - usdm d16z6

the ecu's can be interchanged on a sohc vtec, and of course the correct ecu for your motor will have it running better. hardly a difference however.
