The OEM one extends further under the bumper and bolts onto stock hole locations. The Comptech one is held on with double sided tape and from my understanding, doesnt extend far enough under the bumper to be custom bolted. Id definately go with the OEM one if you can find one.

Mekka is about right, it does bolt up differently, uses double sided tape primarily with some bolt locations, not sure about it not wraping around long enough though, I would go with OEM if possible. Enjoy.

I was in this debate just a few weeks ago. I ordered a Comptech USA lip from Options Auto Salon for my 95 Integra. It turns out when I get the box, the box says Honda of Japan and the lip is painted Championship White.

When I got it, I was like "WTF?!" because it was painted white and had mounting holes underneath it. I was expecting the double sided tape. It turns out it was the OEM JDM Front lip for the JDM front ends. Did I install it on my car? Yes I did, I had to modify the lower valence of the stock bumper. Was easy to modify but fit is REAL snug.

So it turns out that I got an OEM lip for almost the price of the Comptech Lip. Not bad considering I got an OEM piece with mounting holes. And now that I hear the Comptech lip doesnt extend as far makes me want to keep it.

Note: Dont hate on the install, Im going to paint it soon.
