I ran the codes a few weeks ago and the codes were related to the distributor. The car will just start to misfire randomly, not just one cylinder, complete failure to spark anything. Almost like a short circuit somewhere. So when it does decide to start doing this which is usually on long trips, it continues to do so until the next day. Anyone have any ideas besides replacing the distibutor? Sounds like a short, not just a worn out plug wire, plugs, cap ect.
