which wire of the three, theres a black one, a white w/ yellow stripe, and another i dont remember what color it is. But which one can i cut to just cut the power to the antennae. I dont use it ever and I hate it being up when i listen to my cd player. I figured for the price that I payed for my pioneer that it would cut power by it self but of course not. haha. Any help is appreciated.

I can't tell you right now b/c my SM is an hour away, but just look at your power antenna for a correlative wire jacket.

Altho, I don't know if you wanna go to all that trouble. Gets pretty hairy.

If you have a little bit of time, you can toss in an override switch:

put a switch at your center console for the yellow/green wire.. that way u can disable it when u want.. and enable it via the switch when u listen to the radio...

hehe nah screw that switch i don't listen to radio its all about mp3 or cds! Besides radio sucks they play over and over

Don't when you cut that antennae wire the antennae won't go up anymore right because you disabled it. Or cutting it will always make it stay up?? Hmm. Any help here?
