VALVE COVER
I JUST HAD A ? ABOUT JDM TYPE R VALVE COVER. I'VE SEEN SOMEONE ON THE FORUM HAVE ONE BUT I COULDN'T FIND IT ON THE SEARCH. I JUST WANTED TO KNOW HOW CAN I GO ABOUT GETING ONE FOR MYSELF AND WHAT IS THE PRICE FOR ONE? ANYTHING WOULD BE HELPFUL.
they are all over the place...i think your gonna spend around 200 bucks...maybe more..maybe less....but thats the price for the valve cover...or you can get a stock k series valve cover, [like im doing] and powder coat it. i got hook ups for powder coating...so its gonna be cheap for me. My friend gave me his stock k series valve cover. ;D

Check them out for yourself. They say that you are buying a JDM OEM valve cover. Why would it not be reliable?

Um same thing just make sure to get a new vc gasket just in case.
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1932651 If you want to see what it would look like installed.

If you read the thread that mInI m3 Hondeezy posted a link for it explains it all. The black JDM dipstick is slightly shorter. If you held them side by side and made your own marks with a dremel or something of that nature, it would work just fine.
I just ordered a new Valve cover from the factory for $115. I looked at the JDM but wanted something a little different so I will be customizing my own.
I was looking at them on ebay. Keep in mind, the stock dip stick will not fit properly.
