Default GSR Turbo Setup questions

I'm considering a B18C1 turbo setup, but I have no idea what needs to be done for it. I'd like to run high 200whp to low 300whp, and my budget for the engine and turbo set up is $8500. Is this even a possibility with my budget?
Everyone always says "go research the forums" but I can't research info if I don't know what to research. What exactly do I need to do fulfill this? Reliablity is a MUST!

-what needs to be done to the internals of the engine? My knowledge of what
needs to be done with the internals is pretty limited, so any help here will help.
-what kind (size) of turbo? intercooler?
-do I need a wastegate? BOV?
-how much of this work can I do myself? I'm pretty mechanically inclined, and I
have alot of tools at my disposal.
-etc.

If you guys have any examples I can look at on honda-tech then let me know too. Thanks!

None at that power level

any intercooler that fits is fine, you dont need a big one at that power level.

you can do it all with simple tools, but you need some knowlege or instructions to do it correctly.

What else do I need for the turbo setup?

-larger injectors? bigger fuel pump? hondata?

I love redlining my engine... will the turbo kit destroy my engine if I rev it to redline? what would I have to do to prevent this?

That depends upon your foot, your tuning, and the turbocharger used. Smaller turbochargers with good tunes can do great for fuel economy, but the more you're in positive pressure, the less the gas mileage. There's no set number.
