Default missfire.. spark plug backing out?

ok i have an 01 s2k with an 03 jdm motor. motor had 30,xxx on it when i got it. iv but about 1100 on it since we put it in. new clutch, resurfaced flywheel. and new oem plugs through honda.

everything has been perfect. started the car this morning to let it warm up and it had a slight miss to it. a wrx sound is the only way i could describe it. when i tried to take off, anywhere in that 1000-3000rpm area it would studder. now i thought i read somewhere about a spark plug recal or something? a friend at a local shop told me he heard something on s2ks where the plugs would back out. sure enough. they were loose. enough to unscrew by hand..

did i miss something or is there something i could do? aftermarket plugs that you guys recommend? things were 12 bucks a piece from the dealer and only have 1100 miles on them. i dont mind forking out more cash on better ones if it fixes the problem. im just kinda stumped. i have a coilpack setup off an 04 f22c in my garage with <10k on them. should i try switching over?

did you miss shift? I miss shift on mine and check engine light was blinking and then came on. Took it to honda and they said my valves were bent on cylinder 1 and 4. They had to re built my head. They said I was losing compression on those cylinders...?? Can bent valves cause low compression? or piston rings causes low compression? Anways....they said there just re building my head....I should get it tomorrow.....my car will never see redline again.....
