Default can someone tell me if this is right?

im building an ls motor and when i plastigauged the main caps its not leaving anything on the crank journals but its leaving a imprint on the acl bearings.. i checked out the clearances on the acl and they look fine but im just wondering why it didnt leave anything on the crank.. this is the 2nd time doing this with the same results..is this ok? any input is appreciated

thats fine dude as long as you torqued them right it doesnt matter whether it sticks to the crank or the main bearings. ur good. good luck

Plastigage leaving an imprint, shouldnt it leave the plastigage.

i found out i was doing it wrong..some autozone expletive told me to cut them into pieces and stick the paper in between the bearing and crank ..but i learned how to do it the right way now.. thanks
