fan is not working
So i just replace my radiator fan and fuse<(junkyard).starts up fine but when i sit in traffic it throws #6 code and it start to over heat?So now is it my ECT sensor or my fan assemble? d15 non-vtec advise is need!

the junkyard van is prob fine, if the engine coolant temp sensor isnt working it does not know when to kick the fan on cause it dont know the engine temp.. so get yourself a NEW coolant temp sensor.

If you cant replace it right away then take a paper clip and stick each end of the clip into the fan connector (harness end). Its ghetto, but it will keep you from overheating.

Nobody mentioned water flow issues or thermostat problems, are you sure you have good flow. Does your car not have a fan switch seperate from the ECT.
