92 hatch w/jdm gsr .. cold idle problem, reving more than 30% breaks up
its my buddys car here is the ho down
installed b18c, after markets intake mani, stock gsr header, and custom fuel setup
car ran perfectly fine for 2 weeks, ran strong as hell
ecu went bad and got it replaced, its a p06 chipped...first off went the chip is out and he starts the car it sets code 1. but with chip in there is no cel
PROBLEM:
ok so the cars problem is mainly on load only, when ever he gives it gas above 30% throttle it starts to break up and not pull hard and start to sputter.....
and at idle when its cold it will break up as well when trying to rev.
tested
fuel pressure-ok
has new spark plugs, cap/rotor,coil..
possible a bad ignitor? wires?

First thing I would do is check the voltage return on both the TPS and MAP circuits. Map voltage should be 4-5 volts with engine off and ignition on and about the same at WOT. At idle, map voltage should be 1-2 volts. TPS should be around .5 volts at no throttle and around 4.5 volts at WOT. If all voltages check out fine, I would use an oscilliscope to graph both the TPS and MAP
