Default QUICK Question

I installed my Ek fogs into my car and wired everything up. They worked fine for about 2 days and now they don't work.

All the wires seem fine and the harness is good also.

Finally found out that the fog light switch took a **** on me.

My question is that I'm running 100w bulbs in there instead of the normal 55w.

Would those bulbs cause the switch to go out like that or was it just a bad switch?

Bad switch. Higher wattage bulbs will burn wiring though. Was this OEM?

Yeah, I got them from ebay.

Black with clear lens. It's probably an OEM replica.

Should i be fine using these bulbs? Because I installed them onto my S2000 and its a bitch changing the bulbs .

I never said that they were the OEM ones. I stated what i know from my knowledge, I myself am sure that they wren't OEM because of the price.

But you were saying that the switch always goes out on those? The wires can handle the extra wattage correct?

One guy recent opened his switch up and found a pin was bent. He fixed it and the switch worked again.
