So it still blows hard just cold and not softly and warm? Does the car overheat or stay cooler than normal? I've never heard of this. Water pump?

don't you need to drive to get your heater/ac to work to its full potential

isn't that how it is in alot of cars

Usually thats how it is when you first turn ur car on when its cold out but once the car is warmed up heat blows out regulary and it shouldnt stop when you are at a light. My guess might be water pump too.

I have this in my 03 - S

If I am sitting there the heat is semi warm(55 degrees maybe?). Then I hit the gas and it gets super hot.

I thought thermostat, but then the car wouldn't heat up. My A/C doesn't do this.
