Default h22 build setup question

i have a h22a that i want to put in my civic.....i have everything i need (mounts, harness, ecu, etc.) but im lookin to see if anyone out there has had much experience with building h22s the right way....i want to bump the compression up but not too much to where i cant put a 75 shot on it safely.....im looking to get low 12's high 11's with all motor and spray

just curious if anyone has any references to wat parts would be smart to upgrade...im not a tool or anything, im a technician at a honda dealership, im just curious because im not familiar enough with building h-series

im thinkin completelybuilding the head, cams, sprockets/ gears, 3 angle valve job, not sure yet on replacing the valves, valvetrain, etc. probably all crower.....then arp head studs, and thicker head gasket....forged pistons and rod, and running a 100 shot

If you want to change the pistons remember that the sleeves are made of a material that are not compatible with regular forged pistons. Only oem, type S pistons, or Mahle pistons are compatible.

A nice set up would be:
Type S pistons
intake with a name brand filter
SMSP header w/ highflow cat
aftermarket exhaust with 2.5 inch piping

and most importantly a good tune like Hondata

will yield you 200whp
If not throw in some cams just to make sure, im pretty sure you will get around 220whp dynojet, with this setup
