Gauges are precise instruments. I'd stick with well known brands- it's like a timex vs. a rolex.

What gauges do you need?

I recommend you stick with name brands. I use Defi for Boost and Oil.

i bet you get this question asked a lot but how do you put the guages there with the air bag right there on the pillar? dont want them to shoot out on you when you hits something

The air bag is not in the pillar. If you take your pillar cover off, you can confirm this for yourself. However, part of the mechanism that senses a collision on the side of the car, is in the pillar. It is important not to do anything that will interfere with that mechanism. I left the stock pillar cover intact when I installed my gauges. On my installation, the gauge pod fit’s over the stock pillar cover. The gauge pod is epoxy to the stock cover. To be honest, I am not even sure the pillar cover comes off when the side airbag deploys. If it does, the way I have the gauges installed will not hinder the cover from blowing out of the way.

If the airbag is not in the pillar, then where is it? It is hard to tell from these pictures, but I am curious to know.
