EG hood latch Help!

Default EG hood latch Help!

Hood latch messed up i think i need a new one....its very hard to close my hood does any one else have this issue? how do i fix it if so? does any one have one for sale? post pics of the latch of how it should look thank!!

no, the support is all straight, but the hood was all dented up in different places.

I had the problem where it wouldnt latch but it was the cable. I had to put more tension on the cable and then it was fine

lube the crap out of the latch assembly, move the latch around a lot then try again. If that doesn't work replace the latch. (they are ~$30 and a 15 minute install)
