motor is seized up...wtf do i do
so im in the military and im on a serious budget...but im lookin for some performance...suggestions...get a new motor or rebuild wat i have...i have a B18B1...so the story goes i live in hawaii and i thought i originally flooded the engine but no...everything works cept it dosent turn over the starter just trys to turn but it doesnt...everything looks perfectly fine...wtf is goin on with my motor
fist try to manually turn the crank. then try a comp test, check ur FI main fuse. check for fuel, is it priming. look for spark when you try to turn it over. if its flooded pull the plugs and FI fuse and turn over the motor to dry out the cylinders. The list goes on. give some more info on whats going on and what you have checked so far
also you can get a tax free loan thru the military for ur motor going out. I did it once when i blew my motor.

the cylinders are dry not sure if its primin, fuses are good havent done comp. test...but when i hit the starter it sounds like it wont turn the motor over...everything comes on and works...what would make and engine sieze...blown head...wat else
try to manually turn the crank. Also you can try to jump the car, your battery could be going out. I would have to keep my beater jumped for like 20 minutes til it would start. sucking up water thru the intake would hydro lock the motor, but majority of the time when that happens the person knows it happened. Also i geuss i wouldnt really worry if it is priming or not we need to get it cranking over first
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydrolock this is a link so if you run into any one else with the same problem this will help and thank you man...appreciate it and this would explain my problem...it fits my prob...semper fi
