hey guys so i have a turbo LS, with hondata s300, and 550's.. during a run when i shift the injectors... cut out? there is a pause and then the car goes again.. it is only happening under hard ecceleration.. any ideas anyone had a problem like this?

 

how much boost? enough fuel for boost your running?

 

its running 14lbs. hmm it could be still got stock fuel pump.. any other ideas?

 

Who tuned it? Could be too lean or too rich in that spot and causing a hesitation.

 

no the tune is good its not a hesitation its a dead spot...

 

yeah i would buy the fuel pump. walboro 255 only about $120-200.

 

The only way to find out for sure is to hook up a wideband and find out whats actually going on...Anyone of us can sit here and guess for you....Do you have the tune you can load so we can take a look?

 

+2 get a wideband and post a datalog.

 

my car was doing that too..i coudlnt figure out the problem...i figured out ways to counter it from doing it though...and i was tuned on neptune...

how did you couter it from doing it?

 

ok so i put the walbro in thinking that would fix the cutting out problem but no go.. next thing were trying is 3bar map sensor but from what i remember when we installed hondata it cut out.. which was before it was boosted..? any other ideas anyone?

 

Could you see the dead spot on the dyno graph?? It is tuned right, not just a base map for your set-up..dead spot or long hesitation sounds similar..
