fuel rail problem!! need help!!!
we need to ask WHY it is leaking?
did you you recently remove the fuel rail? install new injectors?
sometimes it is simply washers. sometimes people use a pulsation dampener from an EF rail on an EG. the threads are NOT the same. it will cause leaks.

i have the same problem. after installing a new b and m hose fuel is squirting from the rail by the banjo. i tried various of washers and no fix. what is the plastic nut and what does it do anyway. how can i fix this please help me asap. i am willing to do anything to stop this dam leak i dont feel like buying a new fuel rail though cause my motor isnt built for me to use a larger volume. everything is fine by the filter but when i tighten the plastic nut it squirts fuel and my pressure goes down right away. oh and i have a 95 gsr

you said you tried various washers? umm were they regular washers? or the special aluminum ones that "crush" to form a seal
make sure u have the proper crush washers in there and also throw some teflon paste on the threads and dont be afraid to tighten it, its not a oil filter. give it a good crank. i mean dont like HULK the thing but definitely make sure its tight

i bought honda crush washers. the reason it leaks its because of the new hose. ive noticed that the new banjo for the hose is smaller and the stock one is a little fatter. im not messing with it anymore i just put the stock hose on with the stock washers and everything is fine now. it jsut sucks cause i paid 60 bucks for that hose.

I looked these up hondapatsdeals.com and 94-95 seem to be the same part number as 90-91 MPFI models. 92-93 models and VX trims dont have a part number available.
