So yea, i cam home from work today to find that my girlfriend had found a DA for 500 bucks from some redneck car lot. lol it looks like ****. anyway, i had been wanting a DA, I love my 2 DCs but my LS has a Blown motor and id been thinking about painting the LS while there was no motor so i could do the engn bay aswell. then swaping in my gsr motor. but what to drive in the meantime?? a DA sounded good an cheap, so anyway, i pull up and im all like "what the hell is this thing" lol.. but wait. pop the hood what do i see???? a pretty little b16 just swaped in not to long ago!!! i ran the thing dow the road and its pretty ******* clean, tho it has a huge ricer fart can on the back, but now im thinking save the GSR swap in the B16 to the LS, what you think?? oh.. i love my girlfriend!

good ****, i think ur girl n mine should get together and have a lil chat. Anyways ive been wanting a da to go wit my dc too. I would just keeps the b16 in the da finish up the dc then start bringing the da back to life

sounds like a nice find. dont knock spray paint though. just rattle canned my car and it came out great

Yea, my girlfriend is the other way around, she hated my DA, but loves the DB.

Anyways, I think it would be better with the GSR in the DC and the B16 in the DA. I mean the XSi came with B16's for a reason and the DC2's came with GSR's for a reason, I think it just suits the chasis's better that way. Just my opinion.

 

find a clean shell, toss the motor in that. Get rid of the old shell.

 

you gotta keep the da now cuz then the girlfriend will get mad if you get rid of it
