switching a 1992 dx 1.5 non v-tec wo a 1.5 v-tec
just wonderin what do i need to make the 1.5 v-tec run i have it in but i never changed the computer it has a p06 will it not run with it do i have to change it to a p28 ???
not much its a winter beater i just put the 1.5 v-tec motor in bc i have one layin around and i turns over it wont start though but i have the stock p06 comtuer i it will it not runn with it like that ???

no it doesnt run at all !!! it sounds like the timing is fucked bc it kinda back fires it sounds like the spark plug wires are on wrong do u no the right way ?? for a 92 1.5 v-tec motor ?
The search function is this nifty little feature that can be found in the top right hand corner of this webpage. By clicking on it and typing in "firing order" one is to assume that there will be hundreds of threads already beaten to death on this question. Thank you!
All hondas that I have worked on have a 1-3-4-2 firing order with a clockwise pattern on the distributor. the Dist cap should be marked for number one cylinder. and you need a p28 or a p08 computer. I am guessing that it is a JDM D15B.
