its seems like my clutch is slipping. i got a 00y8 90dx tranny i used the 90si a6 flywheel/pressure plate/clutch off of my old motor. after 3800rpm it starts slipping. and my clutch still has alot of life on it.

Do you have the clutch adjusted correctly?

The A6 flywheel has a step machined into it, if it was done wrong or not enough of a step exist the clutch will slip. And it will look like the disc is fine.
