Default stubborn door

Everybody has seen or closed a door like this. The door sometimes does not shut all the way when i close it. It will shut partially and be held shut by whatever it is, but the door is not flush with the rest of the body unless i force it. o yeah, i drive a 95 del sol, but this happens to countless numbers of cars

it needs to be adjusted.
i've never done it but a few years ago after an accident the guy at the shop fixed my drivers door for me while it was in there.

i have no idea what it involved though.

First thing I did when I bought my hatch, 1/4" hanging out pissed me off. You might need a phillips impact driver to loosen the screws, they can be a pain when they are old.
