Default boost again or N/A

heres the deal got a 2000 civic si with a greddy turbo kit on it (18g) trim. but about a month ago started running like **** did compression test new what was wrong right away. blown rings, but anyway i was thinking about building for boost. such as rods, pistons cams valves and what not. but i was reading some post people saying the N/A has more reliabilty than built boosted cars and better low end power. i was thinking of pulling the turbo throwing a set of itbs high vomp pistons cams and call it a day. anyone one with some input.

Boosted cars can be just as reliable as a NA car any day of the week.

IMO, I rather boost again. I've NEVER seen or read about anyone wanting to go back to NA after boosting.

if your life begins at 6000 rpm, then you shouldn't be driving on the road much

Stick with boost imo, although i probably wouldn't buy a turboed car from someone i don't know. The way i view it is that you could go the turbo route, and just stick with a smaller turbo...or any aspect of your set-up that would make more torque, since it's probably going to be a DD. You shouldn't have to be revving really high just for some boost to kick in.
