about to buy a turbo

theres a turbo for sale with a hf manifold its a td04 for 160. is that a good deal? i know i will still need alot of stuff. and how do i tell if the turbo is still good?

thats a good deal if it comes with the adapter plate.

check the turbo by seeing if it spins freely, has very little shaft play and is dry inside.

ya it does have the adapter plate. whats the shaft? ive never looked at a tubo before.
