You probably want some Federal tires; dirt cheap and they'll last you 35K+

The size you need is 205/50-16, not 205/16-50.

The cheapest tire the Tire Rack has in stock in that size is the Kumho Ecsta AST (all-season), for $58/tire plus shipping. Discount Tire sells the same tire for $67/tire with free shipping. Shipping is usually $9-12/tire so the prices are similar.

That's not what I would buy; I would buy the Kumho Ecsta SPT ($75/tire at the Tire Rack) for much, much, MUCH better performance, and still decent treadlife. But it's your car, and it's up to you whether or not to spend more money for tires with better performance.

You can get them mounted and balanced anywhere. Wal-Mart tire shops are willing to mount/balance tires purchased elsewhere, usually for around $50 for all four.
