Forum Rules and FAQ - READ BEFORE POSTING.

I just updated it for the following:

1. Split the FAQ into "Wheels FAQ" and "Tires FAQ".

2. Added a new question and answer for "I want to buy wheels. How should I decide what size to get?"

3. Added a new question and answer for "What kinds of tires are there?". This includes a description of different kinds of summer tires, winter tires, all-season tires, and competition tires, with examples of each.

 

You should also change the "What size tires should I get" to reflect the differences between the 96 Civic models' tire sizes.
