how to angle my lioght?
there should be adjusting screws on the back.
1 for up/down, 1 for left/right.
make sure you're on level ground when you adjust!

yup... there should be a slot perpendicular to the "teeth" which will fit a phillip's head screwdriver to turn the screw... and there should be two of these screws (may take a careful eye to spot)

it's unlike honda to have engineered it to be that difficult. plus, having to take the headlights out to try and aim them doesn't seem right... are you sure you're doing it right?

94-97 headlights do not have the hex head on the adjusting screw. Notice how the adjusting screw has toothed edges. It's like a gear wheel, and you're supposed to use a large phillips-head screwdriver to turn them.
Notice in the pics above there are guides near the adjusting screws. You stick your screwdriver in between those and then turn. It take many turns to make the lights move very much, so a power drill with a long phillips bit in it might be easier.
To reach the outer right/left adjustment, you go in from directly above through a hole in the radiator support.
To reach the up/down adjustment (lower center part of the housing) you have to go in at an angle behind the high beam bulb to get the screwdriver between the guides and onto the gear wheel adjuster.
