Anyone have the FAL quarter windows or have pictures of them installed?
I was wondering a few things about the flex-a-lie rear quarter windows for the integra, like the weight savings over the factory windows. I am also curious as to how they fit. Anyone got any info for me? Thanks.
hmm, that has good info but int only shows a pic of the lexan window on the crx. The FAL windows are stronger than lexan, and look a lot better. I've seen EP's rear hatch FAL window and it looks really good.
yea i saw that one on jay's integ

The big downside is that they scratch and haze EXTREAMLY easily. I have a few friends with them on their race cars and they all say that they get scratched up VERY VERY easily. Also some people have reported them not sealing good since the mold was not done perfectly. I guess when they molded the window at FAL, they didn't bend is perfectly so sometimes it will lift the seal and can leak if water gets it.
As for the scratching I talked to Tap Plastics, etc... and they all said the grade of Lexan they use will always scratch up from dust, etc... Even if you coat them it will do it.
I dunno, it looks clean however its more of a race only part rather then a street part. Unless your a person who never takes the R in the rain, its garaged all the time, etc...

Car show? More like race track. That was at Buttomwillow back in April.
I yeahLS's window out and it looked good, however you could see the scratches and hazing in it when the sun hits it. Looks kinda cheep on a street race, however for a race car its ok.

couldn't you use that film that 3m makes to prevent rock chips and fading on your paint and headlights to prevent scratches on those windows.
you can't because tint, ect... will not adhear good to lexan. I thought of that, however FAL and 3M both said that they wouldn't recommend it especally because if it goes wrong it will ruin the window forsure.
Which car show was this taken at?
Looks good.
