My rear window is torn and i wanted to know if any of you other guys have taken it off yourself and is it as simple as it looks. it looks like just a zipper and some verlcrow holding it on please HELP ASAP

 

my friend's window blew out last winter. A shop charged him to cut out the old window and put in a new one. It looks good....they have to glue it in like factory. I dont know about the zipper method. And im not sure if they did my friend's window in the cheapest/most effective way or the most lucrative to themselves way.
