If you like driving it, I would say yes.

Not an easy fix if you don't know how to weld but worth saving, maybe.

 

the rotting in the rear wheel well is pretty bad. You would have to cut all of that off and re-weld in your own sheet metal. It would be pretty hard to do even if you knew what you were doing.

I'd take on the project tho

 

They sell replacement 1/4 pannels, not positive for the sedans though. That rust on the drivers side, in front of the wheel is gonna give you the most trouble. I say go for it, worst case, it'll rust again but you learn what works and what doesn't.
