idle surge
i have a 96 civic, with a d16y8. i boosted it, and now when i start it up, it idles at 3 grand till the engine gets warm, and then it pulses from 1,200 to 1,500. i read that i could be low on antifreeze, but i filled it up, and it still does it. any ideas whats wrong? thanks.

Sounds like the Typical IACv/FITv malfunction to me.
Also, check for any vaccum leaks.
