Default obd1 gsr into EK 96 obd2a SWAP HELP ME

95 gsr swap from EG into 96 EK I got the dizzy, alt, injectors converted just fine.

The only prob im haveing is wireing of course...I have the ecu conversion
harness with a obd1 crome chipped p28. Engine harness is the only prob.

So my buddy was in a hurry and needed a engine harness asap.
EX harness was imposable to find so i got a HX AUTOMATIC harness 97 obd2a.
I figured we could make it work and it had Vtec allready.

Ok so theres TONS of plugs on the harness not being used.

1- Theres a huge plug at the end of the harness on the driver
shock tower going to NOTHING and one is pluged in normal.
I looked at my 96 hatch with a gsr and i only have one plug
on that side. So why does this HX harness have TWO ?

2- Theres 3 plugs kinda small there black with a blue thing inside....
What are they ?

3- The front sensor on the 5spd tranny (not speed sensor) Has nothing
to plug into on the harness ? Why is it because of the AUTO harness ?

4- Couple sensors right side behind intake mani ( knock maybe ? crank angle ?)
I wont need those with obd1 will i ?

I havent tryed to start it yet but i was hopeing someone would be able
to help me eliminate some of these loose plugs.
Remember my OBD1 crome ecu shouldent need some obd2 sensors.... but what ones ?

Please help brothers

What are they ? my guess is the evap/egr valve

OK so i tryed to start it and got code 16 ? ?
Injectors seem fine... but wont start turns over smooth but seems like its not getting fuel ? THERE IS FUEL TO THE RAIL THOUGH.

Still a HUGE plug not being used on driverside
near strut tower about 8 wires going to it ???
Could be power steering but its BIG with alot
of wires ? very end of the harness 2 plugs one empty... ?

Wish i had a ex harness.......
