arp head bolt torque specs b18c

i have new arp head bolts with a new cometic .074 4layer mls head gasket and i need the torque specs for a b18c thanks in advance

bump need some help guys i have a book and it says 22lbs first time and 63lbs the 2nd just doesnt seem like enough to me please help

80 ft pounds with arp moly lube 85 with 10/30 motor oil
