Fuel Pump problem
Before you say search, i have searched, but me and my brother are stumped. My brother just got the rest of his exhaust today, so we were going to drive it up ramps that be bought so we can have some room to put the exhaust on. Anyway.. he goes to start the car, and it doesn't start. We have had this problem before, and we thought it was the fuel pump so we bought a new fuel pump and it works fine. Now it's doing it again. Here is a diagram on what we are stuck on:
In the picture you see the clip under the back shelf (back seat) that goes to the fuel pump. On the left side of the clip in blue, the power works, on the right side of the clip the power doesn't work. We thought it was the clip, so we ran a wire (green power wire in the pic) from the working side to the non-working side, and it seems that the non-working side grounds out the working side, and no longer works. We have checked the fuse #14 which i have searched and found that it is the fuel pump fuse and the fuse is fine. We have been trying to figure this out since 12pm today, its 6pm now. Any input or suggestions to check something would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone.

i am thinkin the yellow with the black stripe is the power for fuel pump and the wire ur jumping is the gas gauge wire.... u might burn it up if it is.. try to jump the yel/blk wire and see if that works .. if it does just bypass the connector with a wire..
Where is the fuel pump location on a 2000 Honda Accord? If accessed under the rear seat, is rear seat and backrest removal both necessary? If so are there hardware on the seat(s) that have to be removed or do they "pop" out like most?
Thanks...and sorry for multiple questions at one time.
