Make sure your windows are up? If they are not put them up. If the are up, sit inside an look to see where the water is comming in, fix the hole.

water from the trunk can be stopped by putting a bead of silicone around the top of the taillights where it meets the top of the trunk.

This is a common problem with the DA's. The window stripping, the rubber parts after years doesnt hold water back very well. You just need to take out the window stripping, clean it, and when putting it back on use some silicon.

Most likely you have the notorious "passenger floor leak problem" that I'm sure most DA owners have gone through. It happened to me and I fixed it with no problems. Here is the thread on how to fix it.

On page five there are some pictures.

As for the trunk being wet, it might be leaking from the taillights... just change the gaskets. My problem was the antenna.

as an aside, unless you have a true jdm honda integra then you don't have a DA6, you have a DA9 ....sorry to burst your bubble but there's no need for you to go around looking uneducated

I was unaware of the DA floor leak issue, I was going to suggest your seals/weather stripping have deteriorated due to time and aging. I wouldn't think the floor leak would make its way to the trunk, but given enough time I guess thats a possible solution.

And thanks to th3savinday, I have had this leak issue in my trunk and was positive the tailights were causing the problem, Thanks man.
