EF y8 problem
does code 10 IAt sensor cause my car to redline after startup?i wasnt to sure about it
cause ive had this problem for awhile and kant figure out the problem.my engine is a y8 running obd0 but i have a Z6 intake manifold on it with the z6 throttle body i dont know if the z6 throttle body works with it since its obd1.i tried my A6 throttle body but it doesnt fit on it.so what can be the prblem for my car to redline?might be my vacuum lines too but i dont kno if i plugged it in the right plug since its a z6 manifold so it has different locations
any info would be helpful thanks

high idle rpm is either throttle cable too tight or a big vacuum leak - the code 10 TA sensor probably means you have the wrong connector plugged into the sensor - the TA sensor has a 2-wire connector with red with yellow stripe and green with white stripe wires
ill check on that plug for code 10 and if it was my tps wouldnt a code come on for it?
or can it just be the throttle body since im using the z6 one and its obd1?cause theres 2 plugs on it unless i can use it and i just plugged in the wrong sensor on the TB?

so where do i plug the lines komming out of the map sensor on the firewall?
and theres 2 plugs on the throttle body which one would i plug into? theres one near the firewall and one right on top of it.and i wouold plug one of the 2 and i just leave the other unplugged?thanks for your help man
