b18c1 Gurus please help my iab problem
hey all.....i have a 01 b18c1 in my 99 si...si harness..obd1 p72...i dont have the secondarys hooked up yet im still getting vacuum?i then tried to hookup the iab(A17 and the other wire spliced to b1 for power) and its still the same thing..i get vacuum.and then im at WOT the iab's open.and its not even at 5800...please gurus help me

The check valve (part 4), the vacuum tank (part 7), and the IAB solenoid (part 6) are all critical. Check that the vacuum release filter on the solenoid is clean.

ok guys...my 18 hose goes into where 17 goes and it gives it vacuum
can i leave it or will it be better if i get it to work

Part 18 is a screw. Hose 17 must go from the solenoid to the actuator like pictured in the diagram.
