Column was broken when stolen, has electrical problems now, power windows do not work (did), wipers stay on all the time (didnt), steering wheel doesnt lock (did), in-line ignition fuse blows (didnt). Anyone know what the problem could be?

i wud first start by doing a visual inspection and making sure no wires are cut and check to see if they stole ur fuses lol and see if they are good fuses make sure all plugs are plugged in then go from there and i think you might need a new ignition not sure...

maybe sum wires nees to be grounded or fuses that blew need to be replaced

 

take a look around the steering column for damage or bad spliced wires. if you had an alarm do the same around the area where the alarm brain was.
