7lb fidanza flywheel
How much horsepower or wheel horsepower will a 7lb fidanza flywheel give ya?
I just added one on my d16 turbo and just wanted an estimate until I get it dynoed.

First off, search for this topic, it's been discussed a million times.
Flywheels do not "give ya" horsepower. It's simply one less thing that the engine has to spin up, like the tires, wheels, brakes, etc. Since a light flywheel is easier to accelerate (the key word) there's more energy available for accelerating the car. At constant speed there is ZERO power gain; it's only during acceleration that any difference will be noted. It simply lets the engine rev faster.
The largest gains will be as the engine is accelerating the fastest (first gear) followed by lesser gains in higher gears. You're not going to get a hard number from anyone who knows what they're talking about, only an estimated range. 5-10hp depending upon rpm delta.
