EM1 A/C problem
My a/c just blows warm air. it wasnt a gradual decrease intemp over days, weeks, etc. one day it worked, the next only warm air.
tested the pressure in the system, at the low side, im reading a little less than 100 lbs. i believe this is too high for the low side.
additionally, when i turn on the a/c, (the light goes on) but i cant hear the compressor click on. seems like thats the reason why its not working.
i understand that there are relays for the a/c compressor, but i dont know where they are or how to check if they are operating correctly.
i'm also thinking that it might be 2 problems, being that the pressure in the line is so high, im thinking there might be a clog somewhere, but i again, dont know where to look.
anyone had similar issues? searched and found no useful info. if it is 2 problems, should i check one before the other? would also be nice not to have to recharge the system since i know theres enough refrigerant in the system.

the relays are under the hood towards the firewall on the passenger side of the car. I believe there is 2 of them. Dont know about the clog, never happened to me. good luck
Check the number 56 fuse in the under-hood fuse box and the number 17 fuse in the under-dash fuse box.
This link will show you all the fuses.

And here is an image of the under-hood relay box.

Or check for B+ at the compressor with the ac "ON", and work your way back to the fusebox. And AC pressure will eventually equalize from high to low side when the car sits for a time.
