You'll get a CEL and your car will run like crap. Just get some PB blaster or WD-40 and hose that **** down with it. Let it soak for 10-15 minutes tapping it with the wrench and continuing to spray after every couple of minutes. Then, if you can, put that ish in a vice and put the wrench on the O2. Then hit the wrench around, trying to bust it loose. Hit the wrench and don't try to just spin it out, if that makes sense. It should come out.

if there's no way to tell which goes where, you're SOL. since that o2 sensor is in your old manifold, i'm assuming, there's no sense in getting that out soon. get another o2 sensor... find a used one on here or ebay or get a universal one from here or ebay. GL. i've had my own o2 sensor issues as of late.

Look at the other end of the plug and match up the wire colors. Use a plumbers pipe wrench on the sensor the teeth will dig in and break it free, or use a o2 sensor wrench, it looks like a fat boxed in wrech with a slit in it.

yo, I tried that...you can prolly never get the o2 sensor out, you have to buy a new one....they are around $80, o and the way you sound like you work, just ripping wires, maybe you should have a mechanic fix it, or read a little more on hondas.....

Vice + Crescent Wrench + Hammer = Presto.

If that doesnt work, go hit the gym for a month and try again.

it helps if you have a long wrench, so you can gather enough torque to twist. Just use the wrench to twist it loose. you should be able just take it out with your fingers.

Just unplug the harness. i believe the harness can only go in one way.
