Default Brake problem please help

I recently change my rotors and pads on a 97 civic, the problem I am still having is that when I take my foot off the brakes, I hear a noise coming form the front brakes, sounds like the pads and rotors are getting stock to each other but they are not, it's a dry sound. It only happens after releasing the brakes. It was happening before I changed the brakes. So I am changing brake fluids today. Any suggestion will be appreciated

Not so sure what the sound is. What does it actually sound like?
Your fluid is not causing any noises. But if it's never been changed, it might not hurt to change it. Bleeding it completely is a headache. It will take time. The car will need to be turned on to do it, I believe.

I had a brake flush done today and the noise is almost 95% gone. The noise sounded like when you wash your car and your rotors are still wet and you press on the brakes and they make that draggin' sound. Sort of like that but very short and instead it was doing it when I released the brake pedal.

My brakes feel a lot better after the brake flush, definately recommnnded after 45k miles.
