Default Reusing a pressure plate(?)

I have a JDM ITR pressure plate and clutch disc. I'd like to get a new clutch disk, but should I get a new pressure plate as well? How can I tell how much life is left in the pressure plate? (other than what helms says about the teeth being broken)

Depending on the mileage thats on the clutch, and the power your car is making, i'd just play it safe and replace the complete kit including throwout and pilot bearing.

Thanks for the response, I'll go ahead and replace the whole bit. I'm just running a b20z block/itr transmission.
